Make a small buckwheat pancake with 1 heaped tbs buckwheat, 1 egg, milk or water and mix to a cream consistency, Fry in butter or oil cooking both sides. when cool spread with cream cheese and top with Yarra Valley Caviar and a small piece of dill, lemon or pickled cucumber.
Open oysters and top with fresh Yarra Valley Caviar.
Take your preferred water biscuit and top with cream cheese, goats cheese or any fresh soft white cheese. Top with Yarra Valley Caviar and your favorite garnish
