About Us
Since 1992, Yarra Valley Caviar has been farming salmon in the pristine waters of the Rubicon River, in the Yarra Valley Ranges. The farm is set up to provide the healthiest natural environment for the salmon with clean, clear, cold oxygen-rich water from state forests in the Victorian Alps flowing through long earthen ponds where the salmon live.
